The Artventure Trust enables people with learning difficulties, physical and mental disabilities to explore the visual arts.

Our Aim

Founded in 1984 our aim is to help vulnerable people integrate into the community, to break down fear, ignorance and discrimination to enable these people to be seen in a more positive light.

How we work

Working along side practising artists and others with a variety of skills and experience we combine to give a flexible and fun approach to the creative process.
Working in small groups and giving one to one attention where necessary our activities are designed to improve self expression, develop potential and encourage a greater awareness of self worth coupled with a real sense of achievement.
