Delivery and Returns Policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 days of the order being placed on our website (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Orders will be sent via second class Royal Mail.

Delivery (Shipping) Charges

Our delivery (shipping) charges are as follows:

Cards: £2.00

All other products: £5.00

Where an order includes both cards and other products, the delivery charge will be £5.00.

We currently only deliver orders within the UK.

Collect from Studio

Orders may also be collected in person from our studio. Our address is:

Our studio is open every weekday during school term time from 9.30am to 2.30pm.

There is no additional charge for orders which are collected from our studio.

We will e-mail you when your order is ready to collect. The email we send you will also provide details on how to collect your order from us.

Returns

We want you to be happy with any product you buy from Artventure, but if you wish to return a product, please send it securely, in a resaleable condition to:

When we have received the return, a refund of the cost of the product will be given.
