Ways To Support Us
Artventure derives some funding indirectly from through Local Authorities as part of benefits packages to disabled adults. This does not, however, cover our costs and we depend very much on the generosity of people and organisations for the donations and grants necessary to provide the high level of care and support required by those who take part in our programmes.
We are also very dependent on the volunteers who devote precious time to helping participants achieve their potential.
There are many ways you can get involved in supporting our work. You can make a donation through our Just Giving account or nominate us as your chosen beneficiary in the Guildford Lottery. For those who prefer to donate something tangible, we have created a Wish List, which includes items that would help us to provide a better and more diverse range of support.
Alternatively, you could give some of your time as a volunteer. You don’t need to be a brilliant artist; a caring attitude will suffice. Or maybe you have particular experience and skills – IT, accounting or law, for example – that would help in the administration of the charity.
Donations and grants are vital for us to continue our work.
We would like to thank all of our supporters – individuals and organisations – for their generosity. Their support also reminds us that our work is valued by people and the community.
